Mini Croissants Stuffed with Strawberries and Decorated with Matcha Pistachio Crème Spread & Powdered Sugar
These petite croissants are the perfect bite-sized snacks any time during the day!
To assemble:
1. Slice open the mini croissants and stuff them with fresh strawberries or any other fruit (bananas and apples work well)
2. Place the spread inside a piping bag (or just use a spoon) and decorate the tops of the pastries. You can also spread it inside the croissant for extra flavor!
3. Then top them off with powdered sugar and matcha powder
